Cancellation:
60+ days before arrival: no penalty;
59 - 3 days before arrival: the 30% deposit will be retained;
2 - 0 days before arrival: 100% penalty.
There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
